Cancellation Before Service Confirmation:
If you wish to cancel your astrology service order before receiving confirmation via email or WhatsApp, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid will be applicable.
Cancellation After Service Confirmation:
If you decide to cancel your service after receiving the confirmation email or delivery date, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total amount paid.
No Refund After Service Delivery:
Once the astrology service has been delivered via telephone or Skype or G-Meet or WhatsApp or email as per your order request, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

Processing Time:
Please note that the cancellation and refund process may take up to 7 business days to be completed. We will notify you once the cancellation has been processed and any applicable refunds have been issued.
